Courier service

All ours shipments are entrusted to Poste Italiane couriers, with adequate packaging and covered insurance policy, which will safeguard the customer in case the product should break or should get lost during the shipment.

Shipments will be made within four working days from the payment or the realization of the ordered item.

As soon as the shipment is sent , we will send you a confirmation e-mail. You'll also recive an e-mail from our carrier, with the tracking code of your item(s), so that you may check the delivery status.



We will exclusively send new box packages, you'll also find the essentials to compose your own gift package.



La spedizione e il reso per l’Italia sono gratuite(Per le spese di minimo  50 euro).

Shipment costs to countries different from Italy may vary, and will be shown on the purchase slide, after you've inserted your address.


In case sent goods are damaged

If you happen to receive packages from Roco Preziosi visibly damaged by the courier (broken or open packaging), you can do the following: REJECT THE SHIPMENT TO THE SENDER.
We will then take care of the return of the damaged package and its reshipment.

All our shipments use a colored adhesive tape: reject any package with the tampered adhesive tape to the sender.

Upon return of the package rejected by you, you will be contacted for a possible replacement: if you do not find any product you like in our catalog, Roco Preziosi undertakes to return the sums paid by you.

Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and the return of the new one are completely at our expense.

Right of Withdrawal

Information on the right of withdrawal

Purchases made on the roco precious.it site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent ones, which guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.


Conditions of the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal you will need to send us a communication to that effect, and send us back within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased, the product that you intend to return

The purchased good must be substantially intact.

Shipping costs in Italy will be borne by Roco Preziosi, you will not spend anything if the product is not to your liking.

On his return, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal), therefore we recommend the utmost attention in preparing the package, for example by using the original packagings.


Procedure to be followed

Send an e-mail to info@rocopreziosi.it containing the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the following data:

- order date;

- receipt or invoice number;

- which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the Product Name);

- your bank details (name, surname and IBAN code).


Then you will have to wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return, print the waybill that you will find attached and affix it to the package. It is important to include the receipt inside the box as well. One of our courier will come and collect it at your home, he will arrange for the return


Refund times

Roco Preziosi undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, by crediting the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the receipt or invoice.

If you were satisfied with the quality of the product and the shopping experience, but you chose the wrong item, you can replace it with a Gift Voucher or another jewel in our catalog. The shipping costs for the return of the goods and for the return of a new item are borne by Roco Preziosi
Procedure to be followed:
-Send us promptly (no more than 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased products) an e-mail, specifying what type of exchange you prefer, gift voucher or new item
-order's date
- receipt or invoice number
- which products do you prefer to change (identifying them with the Product Name)

You will be promptly contacted by e-mail by our Customer Service to process your request in the best possible way
